$500 is about the best price you're going to get I think. You could try one of those cheap Dell systems, but I don't know if those can even run GW at a playable level.

Magic, the computer on that link, is the best thing i have EVER seen for 500 bucks.
You wont find anything worth it cheaper.

If you want a computer to play GW for a cheap price, try building your own. I built my own computer. Costed me $630 and it's better than my friend's $1200 Dell.
Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS A8V Deluxe
Memory: Corsair dual channel xms 2x512mb sticks at 2-3-3-6
Video Card: XFX Geforce 5700LE 128mb
Processor: Amd 64bit athlon 3200+
Case: Sunbeam Sunray Case with 4 fans included
Powersupply: Enermax 535 watt powersupply
Hard drives: 60 Gb IMB DTLA with an 8GB Western Digital
The hard drives and video card I already had. Everything else costed me around $630 after shipping fees. If you add on the value of the hard drives and video card, it would come to $700.
Before you buy an already built computer, look around for separate parts. It will save you lots of money.
